Thank you for choosing Jovara London for your bespoke jewellery needs. We take pride in offering high-quality craftsmanship and timeless designs, and we are committed to ensuring your complete confidence in every piece you commission.
 

No Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our jewellery, all sales are final. Each piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We kindly ask that you confirm all design details before production begins.
 

Warranty

While refunds are not offered, we provide a 12-month warranty on all jewellery items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft

  • Improper use or care

  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations
     

If you notice an issue within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
 

Repairs & Damaged Items

Should your item require repair, please get in touch with us at info@jovaralondon.com. We will advise on the best way to return the item or arrange a consultation.

  • Warranty repairs (for eligible defects) will be free of charge.

  • Non-warranty repairs (e.g., accidental damage or resizing) may incur a fee, which will be confirmed before any work begins.
     

Chargeback Policy

To protect against fraudulent claims, we do not accept chargebacks under any circumstances. By making a purchase with Jovara London, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
