Shipping & Delivery Information

At Jovara London, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our items are bespoke, delivery times may vary depending on the nature of your order. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

UK Shipping

All UK orders include free tracked delivery.
We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent secure services.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for an additional fee (usually £20).
All international parcels are sent via a secure, tracked, and insured courier service.
Shipping times vary depending on destination, but generally range from 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing Times

In-stock or ready-to-ship items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Bespoke or customised jewellery may require longer processing times, which will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.
During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may take longer.

Insurance & Liability

All shipments are insured for the full value of your purchase while in transit.
Once the item is delivered and signed for, responsibility passes to the customer.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel at the delivery address.

Delays & Customs

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
