Right to Return (14 Days)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

This right applies to standard, non-bespoke items purchased online.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Please note that bespoke, customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is exempt from the standard 14-day right to return.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, all sales of bespoke or made-to-order pieces are final unless the item is found to be faulty.

We kindly ask customers to confirm all design details carefully before production begins.

Warranty
All Jovara London jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage, loss, or theft

Improper use or care

Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Repairs & Faulty Items
If an item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@jovaralondon.com.

Eligible warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge

Non-warranty repairs (e.g. accidental damage, resizing) may incur a fee, which will be confirmed before work begins

Refunds
Where a return is accepted in line with this policy, refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.

Payments & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
